Organized Pacing Guide you can Share with your PLC

You want an organized and editable pacing guide but…

The one you have doesn’t take into account the school calendar. A modified schedule means a 50 minute lesson is cut in half.

Then there is a teacher workday next week, therefore, you can’t have a test the day after.

This is exactly why I created an editable pacing guide for Google Sheets in Google Drive.

To give you the freedom to plug in your school calendar before mapping out your curriculum for the school year

The ability to share the live document with your PLC, where they can see any changes made without needing to find them in person for a discussion.

Your pacing guide is saved in Google Drive to view changes year after year.

This Editable Pacing Guide is unlike anything you’ll find.

I’m not going to teach you how to set up a pacing guide…because you already know how to do this or you have one from the curriculum you are using.

What this pacing guide will do is to help you organize a generic one around your specific school calendar, allows you to align with your state standards and changes are easy to make.

Your PLC members will be confident and organized. You will no longer be wasting time communicating back and forth or becoming frustrated when another schedule change arises.

When you receive the editable pacing guide template you’ll have…

A yearly pacing guide that can be built around your school calendar.

A life document that is shareable between your PLC members.

Year after year you can use this editable pacing guide template.

So that you spend less time rearranging your lessons due to a pep-fest or book fair and even less time tracking down colleagues to discuss changes.

The pacing guide template set up in Google Sheets.

When you get the pacing guide template you will receive a link to a force copy of the pacing guide template and YouTube videos on how to use it.

First you’ll watch the video on downloading your editable pacing guide template.

You’ll get to work watching a video on how I use the pacing guide. Also, I include tips and tricks to get the most out of your new pacing guide.

After, you will have a completed pacing guide for your upcoming school year that allows you to quickly make changes, share with colleagues and save for future years.

Stop running around school finding your PLC members and sending 10 emails with an updated file. Get yours here.
